Original Crystal Palace 9 / CP64 title, INFO frame, board, and marks:
ChatGPT-assisted artwork generation; Lewis Moten performed manual GIMP cleanup,
conversion, layout, and editing. Original indexed PNG and JSON source bytes are
preserved with source hashes and upstream revision in
assets/game-art/provenance.json in the GitHub development repository
(https://github.com/lewismoten/falken-9). Falken-9 adds
separate runtime identity, model-information, control, and activity overlays.

Model and code development, verification tooling, and release preparation used
AI assistance (including Mercury Quill / Hermes Agent by Nous Research).

"Patient Calculations" is an original small SID score authored for this project
with Mercury Quill assistance. Its note data and SID driver are first-party
Apache-2.0 source. No film/game soundtrack, third-party SID tune, or player is
redistributed. The fictional war-room theme does not imply soundtrack reuse.

No Commodore ROMs, emulator binaries, assembler binaries, Python environments,
third-party font files, or installed dependency distributions are included.
Emulator screenshots and Netron renderings document actual local executions;
they are not additional model weights or hosted inference services.
